When you buy on line you have a statutory right to return the goods within 7 days for a full refund ( less delivery charges ). A cooling off period . We are happy to accept returned goods in this time frame, providing they are in their original packaging as sent and fit for resale. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare the paperwork for the refund. When sending the goods back please include all relevant documents i.e. Packing slip and invoice.
In the unlikely event of receiving faulty or incorrect goods. Please notify us, in writing, within 7 days and a replacement will be sent out as soon as the faulty goods are returned.
